Our client, a prestigious ivy league university, is actively looking for a Program Manager to join their team in Cambridge, MA! This role is onsite 2 days a week so local candidates are required.

***This is a 5 month initial contract position***

This Program Manager will support Title IX and Professional Conduct activities. This person will be responsible for managing and coordinating the prevention, response, and training efforts in connection with professional conduct (including but not limited to Title IX as it related to interactions among faculty, staff, students, and academic appointees). Additionally this person will act as an intermediary liaison between groups, helping to project manage issues and concerns that involve both Faculty Affairs and HR. Responsibilities
  • Forecasting revenues and expenses, creating a budget for the program
  • Allocating resources, negotiating with external suppliers, signing contract on behalf of the program
  • Creating and implementing department systems, practices, policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain internal and external constituent relationships
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of program management experience in a large scale, complex higher education or non-profit setting
  • Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal
