Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Required to understand multiple regulatory reports instructions Y14Q- Sch H1/H2, map reporting requirements to physical elements in CBL system and manage the defects aligned to CBL domain through the entire lifecycle of defect management.

  • Schedule H - Schedule H of the Federal Reserve's FR Y-14Q is a quarterly reporting form that collects data on wholesale risk, including eligible margin loans, repo-style transactions, and OTC derivatives:
  • Commercial Banking experience Division
  • With Auditor or Regulator background
  • SQL basic knowledge – able to run queries from databases
  • Experience defect testing (they are not looking for our traditional IT Tester but someone that can validate data lineage is correct.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
  • Work collaboratively with members of CB Lending Transformation product groups, Front Line Risk and Control, CB Operations, Risk, Finance, and other teams to identify, articulate, and deliver data solutions that enable key business initiatives and/or mitigate risk.
  • Act as a key data subject matter expert for Financial & Risk Regulatory reporting – Y14Q Sch H
  • Lead the execution and delivery of data transformational and remediation activities working closely with the LOB Product team(s) - Loan Delivery, Loan Accounting, Lending Collateral, and LOB leader(s) across the Lending domain of CB and CIB
  • Participate in Regulatory Data Product Backlog refinement, prioritization, pre-planning event, working with the product manager and stakeholders to define the architectural approach, capability roadmap, and high-level objectives for the roadmap.
  • Simplify the E2E data supply chain (Produce => Distribute => Use) of Lending data for high priority regulatory reporting (eg: FRY 14Q,
