This South Jersey manufacturing company is looking for Support Analyst. This role will be responsible for assisting in IT projects as well as answering and resolving tickets. The ideal candidate for this role will have expertise in Windows Desktops, core knowledge of Microsoft technologies, and some exposure to Network troubleshooting.
In this role you will be doing a mix of answering/escalating/closing tickets, as well as assisting the System Administrator on projects such as implementations and migrations. This role Is perfect for someone looking to grow their technical skillset and move upward within a company. Required Skills & Experience
