Cloud Security Architect / Azure and AWS

To lead their migration to the cloud, this well-known healthcare firm needs a Cloud Security Architect. The position is quite technical and also serves as a link between the infrastructure and security teams. The business needs a leader to oversee the multi-year project of moving all of its on-premise datacenters to the cloud, as well as to oversee the security team's leadership and tech upbringing (mostly AWS, possibly some Azure). If you're a subject-matter expert (SME) in cloud security seeking a split advising and technical role, look no further. Ideal candidates will have strong cloud security experience, and who can advise on best practices (how and what solutions to implement). AWS and Azure experience is preferred. The organization is looking for folks who are cloud focused but who also have a generalist security background so they can communicate with other IT teams. This is a full-time position that’s hybrid in the Cherry Hill NJ area, so only local candidates will be considered. Required Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in cyber security, with an emphasis on cloud security (AWS and Azure preferred)
• General knowledge of defensive security (SIEM, vulnerability management, endpoint security, etc.)
• Ability to advise on and execute best security practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
