A local Managed Services company is looking for a Support Analyst to join growing team. This position will be responsible for supporting small to medium sized clients remotely and on-site as needed. This role will be working heavily with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Intune, Email support in O365, and more. You will be doing a mix of mostly troubleshooting, System/Server administration, and some project work.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience troubleshooting Windows Desktops and Servers, as well as has previous MSP experience.
