IT Support Engineer / IP Platform

Job Description A leading IP service company in the U.S is looking for an IT Support Analyst. They are looking for engineers with experience in Windows Servers, Group Policies, Active Directory, and O365. This is a contract role where you would be expected to report on-site. This company has been a leading IP service company that ensures the security of your IP services provider. They have professionals in corporate management, research, technology, and more. Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in IT
• Professional experience with Windows servers.
• Experience managing Group policies and Active Directory.
• Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years of related experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• A customer-facing personality is highly preferred.

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown

• 60% Windows Servers
• 40% O365

Daily Responsibilities

• 70% Hands-on
• 30% Support
