Lead Product Designer / AI

A leading industrial supplies manufacturer is seeking a hybrid remote Lead Product Designer in the Chicagoland area on a contract basis. The Lead Product Designer will work hands on with AI experiences. This role will work to support UX/UI and concept development throughout the project and find exciting solutions using mobile technology, utilizing Android and IOS patterns.

Working in the exciting new world of AI, the Lead Product Designer will closely collaborate with their UX researchers and designers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and QA to create customer journeys and concepts. Using UX team feedback, as a Lead Product Designer you will be able to develop and design new and innovative concepts for end users all while assisting an industry-leading company expand their enterprise applications and systems.
Required Skills and Experiences

• 5+ years, UX/UI or product designer
• Advanced knowledge of information design, UX design, usability, and accessibility.
• Competence in user experience best practices for app and web.
• Experience working with responsive web/ mobile app, and kiosk design.
• In-depth understanding in design across multiple devises sizes.
• Figma, UX, and component libraries expertise.
• Portfolio or work sample demonstrating advanced product design skills.

Desired Skills and Experiences

• Ability to effectively lead review seasons across multiple partners.
• Knowledge or experience in the industrial supply sector
