A healthcare company is seeking a hybrid Senior UX Designer. As a Senior UX Designer, you will work in collaborative environment across multiple technology teams to provide key user-centered answers across multiple highly collaborative technology teams.
Helping to transform the pharmaceutical and healthcare space, you as a Senior Product Manager will be able to truly impact end-users lives as they navigate key technologies. The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for ensuring product success for end-users and for educating both technology and business teams in how their roles change within the XP model.
Required Skills and Experiences
  • 5+ years work experience in UX architecture, design, or product design.
  • 2+ years in a minimum of one of three design pillars: user research, interaction design or visual design.
  • 1+ years working successfully with lean and Agile philosophy.
  • 1+ years working independently with stakeholders/clients and drafting enterprise or business applications.
  • 1+ years experience leading full design implementation processes utilizing user-centered design methodologies.
  • 1+ years working in design and prototyping software tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure and InVision.
  • 1+ years experience with modern-front end technologies and open-source frameworks such as Material Design, HTML/CSS, grid systems or responsive design.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in UX design advocacy within larger business/technology corporations
  • Strong worth ethic and excellent communication skills
  • Fast prototyping capabilities
  • Willingness to present design work internally
  • Experience or knowledge of the pharmacy and healthcare industry
  • Cloud based technology platform knowledge.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Fine Arts, Computer Science or Similar or equivalent years of experience
