Required Skills & Experience
- Managing partners up time is 99-100%, need someone to sit next to those people.
- A/V expert for all firmwide meetings and is up across the firm.
- A/V Support + some level of IT support
- Diagnosing situations in the minute is critically important.
- Keep comms up every day.
- Manage the MSP
- Handle onboarding of new employees – getting their tech set up.
- Take direction from Jeff on handling the MSP.
- Taking phone calls to fix things.
- Zoom Rooms and Events: Manage process to get things set up and broken down and tested effectively.
- Testing for Monitors, cameras, etc.
- Arrive early on Monday’s.
- Develop new ideas for technology to invest in
- Need somebody who is very senior level with exceptional high level executive presence and experience.
- Proceed with “white glove” mentality.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic, cool under pressure, energetic, care about success.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work with external vendor and shoulder more of the load
- Manage A/V – 6 conf rooms / Manage 100’s of meetings
- Board Rooms powered by Zoom Rooms
- Conference Schedulers – powered by Microsoft Suite
- Doing power cycles on technology on TV’s, laptops (PC’s) within rooms
- Crestron, MS office, Sonos, Apple, Zoom, Salesforce , Dropbox, concierge-level service
- Be Liaison between MSP group and internal employees
- Own the system, coordinate with people to avoid issues, help troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Be the Go-To person
- Independent worker but collaborates well with others
- Excited to jump into a conference room to help solve challenges and think through things – plan ahead
- Hungry and willing and open to learn
- Work well within a fast-paced environment
- Periodic Check-ins to Detroit and Nashville – up to 5% (as-needed)
- Flexibility to help C-level executives and Managing Partners
- Try to figure things out
- iOS / iPhone / iPad troubleshooting experience a plus
