An established, technologically advanced healthcare organization is currently hiring a DevOps Manager to join their team in light of recent growth. This organization, which has been operating for over 40 years, is now in the process of switching to AI to manage and lower costs for insurance payors. They have had various expansions and acquisitions in the past few years, and are now onto new product development, making them one of the most stable companies in Chicago.
In this position, you will oversee the facilitation of software releases in accordance with a carefully thought-out plan, reducing risk when promoting changes to our production environment. Assuming a leadership role within the IT Change and Release Management team, you will establish protocols and best practices. Your duties include planning, coordinating, and managing enterprise releases that cover numerous applications from various portfolios. Additionally, you will actively take part in resource management and daily Release Management tasks.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of professional experience
- DevOps experience
- Infrastructure as code
- Experience leading others
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field
- Azure
- Terraform
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Local to the Chicago area
