This fast-growing travel and booking start-up is looking to further expand their team with an Engineering Manager. This company has been highly ranked as the best booking service of 2021 and featured in Forbes, The New York Times and ABC! They are looking for a manager to lead a team of 8-10 Fullstack Engineers to aid in the process of growing their online platform that helps consumers optimize their travel points and miles.

In this role, it can be expected that the manager will be involved in hands on coding and highly involved in the entire life cycle of the development including, design, documentation, coding, testing and product release. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience and ability to explain complex topics and mentor fellow engineers.

This 100% remote role is great for candidates excited about a startup environment and open to learning and adapting in the changing environment.   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or another related field
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Ability to write and review code at the Senior level
  • 6+ years of experience of work with Java using Springboot
  • 3+ years of experience with Javascript and React
  • Experience with AWS, preferably with Kubernetes
