Lead Linux Engineer
Chicago, Illinois
Onsite
Full Time
$150k - $160k
We are currently assisting one of the largest contract rehabilitation services providers in the United States in their search for Lead Linux Engineers. This company specializes in physical, occupational, and speech/language services. At present, they are in the process of developing a medical record system and are investing in software to enhance technological efficiency. They have already successfully created an AI platform for processing medical information, which has reduced a previously 3-hour task to just 20 minutes, resulting in cost savings for patients.
They are seeking candidates to join their development team and play a key role in taking an application to production. Additionally, you will lead the rejuvenation efforts for other applications and implement technology optimizations to reduce expenses. In this capacity, you will supervise a small team of engineers and serve as the primary technical resource for them. If you have experience with Kubernetes, it would be a valuable asset as the company is in the process of transitioning to this platform.
Their organizational philosophy places a strong emphasis on collaboration, valuing your willingness to learn and work cooperatively over specific technical skills.
Required Skills & Experience:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
