Lead Software Engineer

Local Chicago company on the Agricultural Technology industry is looking to hire a Lead Software Engineer to partner up and spearhead the direction of their web application alongside Product Managers. They are looking for someone with immense experience working with Node.js, experience with React.js, and exposure to Java Springboot. As a Lead Software Engineer you will need to come into the downtown office a couple of times a month as part of mentoring junior engineers.

• 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• High proficiency with Node.js
• Experienced with React,js
• Exposure to Java Springboot
• Experience with mentoring
• Able to communicate with non-technical teams
