We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer who will be responsible for leading a team and making decisions for greenfield projects that will drive the business for the next 3-5 years. You will design and build the consumer-facing web platform using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and AWS. At our company, we value clear communication, transparency, and collaboration. - 7+ years of experience using Ruby on Rails
- 3-5 years designing and building consumer-facing web platforms.
- Experience developing, releasing, and maintaining production-quality software using Ruby on Rails
- Strong knowledge of database design and writing SQL statements
- Work with devops team to ensure CI/CD pipeline built with CircleCI, Jenkins, and AWS.
- Clear and efficient communications skills
- Mentorship skills and the ability to give well-crafted constructive feedback.
