Senior Ruby SDET / Remote

A Chicago-based startup aiming to disrupt the online subprime lending market is looking for a senior Ruby SDET to take ownership of their automated application testing! This opportunity will be their first QA hire for the team, and are expected to build out both the automation framework and the QA team itself. Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to build and modify Ruby framework from scratch
• Heavy experience with Ruby automation
• Leadership skills to build and manage a new team

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience migrating to Cloud platforms (AWS especially) is a plus
• Performance testing experience is a plus

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

• 50% hands-on with the framework and automation
• 50% team building and management
