Manager/ Lead UX

 One of the world’s largest data companies that was named a Fortune 100 Best Company to work with is hiring for a Senior Manager of UX.

Specifically, this person will be working in the Marketing team along side 10 UI designers and 1 direct reporting UX designer. A huge plus is if this candidate has experience with Marketing or AdTech technology. This is because this individual will be designing a data management platform that is B2B/C.

The organization is open to someone with management experience or someone who has been a lead and ready to make the leap to management. Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in research, UX, and product design
• History of implementing a UX framework and design systems within organizations
• A solid understanding of the advertising and marketing technology space as well as how data, identity, and analytics can be used to optimize marketing outcomes.
• Experience working in a product organization, helping drive products from conception and ideation through launch and beyond over multiple releases
• 2+ years of management/leadership experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Adtech or Marketing Tech experience
• Experience with DMPs, CDPs, or DSPs
