Job Description

A digital display software and hardware company is searching for a junior or mid-level Bilingual/Spanish Support candidate who is interested in building out their communication, cloud, technical knowledge, and organizational skills. This will be a full-time, hybrid role (1-2 days on-site after training) with amazing benefits and (of course) career growth.

On top of being in other medias like education and entertainment, this technology impacts millions of customers every single day. You will get a really unique experience of learning how to collaborate with international clients (in Mexico & South America), be proactive regarding mission-critical projects, and de-escalate obstacles in a timely manner. As you grow, there will be opportunities to develop your knowledge in cloud content management, current legacy systems (CMS), Zendesk, and more. There is no need for programming or any high-level experience, but passion, energy, and adaptability will be absolutely critical. Upon starting, you will receive 3 months of hands-on training with team (4 days on-site, 1 remote) and will transition to more remote flexibility once able to be independent in your work.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 1+ year in phone support or customer service
  • 1+ years in a technical environment or company
  • Completely fluent in Spanish
  • High level of communication, energy, and passion
  • High school completion
