Job Description
A leading housing and building material manufacturing company is looking to grow their team in the DFW area. They are looking to bring on an Information Security Manager, on a full-time direct hire basis. The company is one of the largest housing manufacturing companies in the US and they are publicly traded on the NYSE.
In the position you will be overseeing the company’s general security, procedures, and policies. You'll be overseeing a small team (2-3) while also partnering closely with their IT Systems teams. You'll be responsible for SOC compliance, End Point Security, Firewalls, IAM, Data Loss Preventions, etc. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has experience managing a team, is skilled with tools like Splunk ES, Rapid7, and SIEM tools.
This opportunity is a full-time direct hire position. With onsite requirements in North Dallas, TX (Love Field area). Initially the position will require 4 days onsite but will be more flexible with hybrid once you're ramped up. Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience managing a SOC, with at least 5+ years working within the information security field, with emphasis on security operations, incident management, intrusion analysis strong customer service and technical skills.
- Knowledge of: Strong Authentication, End Point Security, Internet Policy Enforcement, Firewalls, Web Content Filtering, Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity and Access Management (IAM)
