InfoSec Manager (Hybrid)

Job Description: Our client is a manufacturing company specializing in housing materials (roofing material, dry wall, etc.). They are one of the largest housing manufacturing companies in the US and are publicly traded on the NYSE. Right now, they are building up their IT department. Part of that is hiring an InfoSec Manager. This person will be overseeing the company’s general security, procedures, and policies. You'll be overseeing a small team (2-3) while also partnering closely with their IT Systems teams. You'll be responsible for SOC compliance, End Point Security, Firewalls, IAM, Data Loss Preventions, etc. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has experience managing, is skilled with tools like Slunk ES, Rapid7, and SIEM tools.

They are based in N Dallas (near Love Field). Currently doing 4 days onsite but will be more flexible with hybrid once you're ramped up. It is a full-time role, can pay $130-150K for a salary, plus a 10% bonus along with a 10% 401K(!). Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of IT Security experience - 3+ years of managing SOC.
• 3+ years of Management experience
• Strong background in End Point security, Firewalls, DAM, PKI, DLP, and IAM.

Desired Skills:

• Bachelors or Associates degree
• Professional Security certs are a nice to have.
