IT Operations Manager

Job Description
One of the largest credit unions is looking to bring on an IT Operations Manager to their growing team. This organization is committed to providing their members exceptional financial products and services.
Ideally, they are looking for individuals who can oversee day-to-day IT activities, including the organization’s Network and System infrastructure. The ideal candidate will also have experience developing department policies, procedures, and training along with hands-on expertise.
This position is full time, onsite two to three days, located in Richardson, TX. Salary range will be around $120-145k.
Required Skills & Experience

• BS in computer science or an IT related field
• 10+ years of operational infrastructure support experience
• 5+ years of IT Management experience
• Project Management principles and practices understanding
• Helpdesk and Customer Relations Support Systems understanding
• IT Infrastructure planning, development, and operations experience
• Strong problem solving, analytics and research capabilities and ability to handle changing priorities deal with ambiguity and use good judgement in stressful situations
