Senior Network Engineer

Job Description Our client, an electronics manufacturing company, is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join their team. The client is a nationwide company that is a top player in their field, they have a well-established IT presence and are hoping to expand their team. In this role you’d be working on the networking team and providing firewall and security expertise.
They need a high-level engineer who knows Cisco FTD firewalls inside and out so that they can better secure their network infrastructure. The role consists of working on the design, optimization, and day to day maintenance of the network. The ideal candidate is skilled with Cisco, FTD, IPv6, and Meraki SDWAN.
This an onsite, full-time position located in Dallas, Texas. Compensation is a salary of $110-130k depending on experience. Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced knowledge and experience using Cisco FTD firewalls
• Experience working with Meraki SDWAN
• Knowledge of IPv6
• Written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years working with network infrastructures
• CCNA or CCNP, or any other relevant certifications
