Senior Network Security Engineer

Job Description The second largest aerospace manufacturing company is looking to grow their DFW based team. They are looking to bring on a Network Security Engineer to join their team on a full time direct hire basis. 

The ideal candidate for this position has in depth experience designing and deploying LANs/WANs, experience working with Cisco, in depth knowledge of firewalls and security tools- Palo Alto/Cisco ASA/Forcepoint/Encryption. They are a Windows based shop, so any experience with Windows and VMWare will be helpful. 

This is a full-time, direct hire position. It will be a hybrid model, three days onsite two remote. The onsite responsibilities will be out of their Denton, TX office. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of IT experience
• Strong understanding of Networking protocols
• Expert in LANs/WANs and Cisco
• Prior experience with firewalls and security tools – Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Forcepoint, Encryption, etc. 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters in a Computer related field is a plus
• Prior experience within a Windows environment is needed 
• Any certifications are nice to have

• Salary of $100-120K DOE + benefits
