SQL Database Administrator/Systems Administrator

Job Description A client in the aerospace industry is looking to grow their DFW based team. Known worldwide for their contributions to aircraft equipment, interiors, propulsion, defense, and space. They are looking for a SQL Database Administrator/ Systems Administrator to join their team on a full time, direct hire basis. The ideal candidate they are looking for is skilled with SQL, SSIS/SSRS, Security, backup & recovery, and Windows based server administration. Plusses if you have worked with AD and DNS. This is a full-time role. It will be a hybrid WFH model (with a bit more emphasis on remote) out of their Denton office. Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of IT experience
• Windows/Microsoft skillset
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server – SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and/or SSAS
• Experience with database security, backup, and recovery

Desired Skills & Experience

• Infrastructure knowledge – Windows Servers, Citrix, Active Directory, DNS, etc.
• Any experience with VM (VMware preferred) and/or containerization is a plus.
• Bachelors or Masters in a computer related field
• Any SQL certifications is a plus
