Genesys PureCloud Engineer

A growing manufacturing company is looking to hire a Genesys PureCloud Engineer to be a SME for upcoming Genesys projects. They are looking for someone with expertise working with Genesys PureCloud. You will be scripting with IVRs for call flows and build out call center sin the PureCloud environment.
You will be a lead in this role so will be training and mentoring other Engineers on the PureCloud platform. This is an ongoing contract role with great growth opportunity. Required Skills & Experience

• Genesys PureCloud Expertise
• Hands on Experience routing leveraging Genesys Cloud CX Architect tool
• Strong Experience scripting/developing IVRs for call flows
• Experience with Genesys configuration related to agent desktop scripts, data tables, schedules, etc.
• Experience working in Agile Environments

Desired Skills & Experience

• Genesys Certifications
• NLU and Voice bot experience
• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX outbound predicative agent and IVR based dialers
