I am working a company that is a software developer company for online casino games. They are rapidly growing and is looking for a AWS DevOps Engineer. They are looking for someone that is able to efficiently migrate and build out CI.CD pipelines. This is a Onsite role located in Duluth, Georgia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains mission-critical information extraction, analysis, and management systems
- Monitor and optimize application performance, system reliability, and scalability
- Designs, developers and manages QA and Production Level environments and deliverables
- Works closely with development teams to produce required operating systems
- Provides secure operating systems/environments for kiosks and cloud-based systems (AWS).
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement infrastructure and deployment strategies
- Maintain and improve existing CI/CD pipelines, automating processes where possible
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the infrastructure and systems are current and competitive
- Source Code Management
- Environment Setup and Management (AWS EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS (PostGreSQL), Route53, etc)
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance best practices in cloud environments
- Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices

- Linux Expert a plus
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Process-oriented with great documentation skills
- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
- Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
