I am working a company that is a software developer company for online casino games. They are rapidly growing and is looking for a AWS DevOps Engineer. They are looking for someone that is able to efficiently migrate and build out CI.CD pipelines. This is a Onsite role located in Duluth, Georgia.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains mission-critical information extraction, analysis, and management systems
  • Monitor and optimize application performance, system reliability, and scalability
  • Designs, developers and manages QA and Production Level environments and deliverables
  • Works closely with development teams to produce required operating systems
  • Provides secure operating systems/environments for kiosks and cloud-based systems (AWS).
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement infrastructure and deployment strategies
  • Maintain and improve existing CI/CD pipelines, automating processes where possible
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the infrastructure and systems are current and competitive
Technical Skills:
  • Source Code Management
  • Environment Setup and Management (AWS EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS (PostGreSQL), Route53, etc)
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance best practices in cloud environments
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices
  • Configuration Management

  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
  • Linux Expert a plus
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Process-oriented with great documentation skills
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
  • Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
