Our client, a well known American Toy Manufacturer and Entertainment company is urgently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist to joint their team on a HYBRID Schedule in East Aurora, NY!

*This will be a year long contract to hire on a W2 Offering a full benefits package!*


Required Skills & Experience

  • BS or BA in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Understanding of Accounts Payable Business Processes, Oracle Cloud and/or Coupa experience preferred
  • Ability to independently research and resolve questions related data conversion/validation
  • Knowledge of Financial and Workflow Systems (Oracle, Coupa, KissFlow, Blackline)
  • Experience in Procure to Pay, including vendor onboarding & maintenance, invoicing and payment activities for both 3rd Party and Intercompany billings
  • Financial system implementation experience
  • Understanding of financial data, accounting, and reporting impacts
  • Proactive at identifying and correcting data quality issues



  • Identifies and coordinates with business owners to resolve discrepancies between legacy systems and reconciliation issues
  • Delivers data construction and manual conversions per global templates
  • Validates and signs off on data templates and reconciliations
  • Performing Data cleansing, conversion, and reconciliation activities are in accordance with project timelines and guidelines
  • Perform data validation prior to, during, and after implementation
  • Overall responsibility and accountability for the quality of business data for conversion
  • Maintain analysis, reviews, and reconciliation outputs as expected by internal audit and program team
  • Serve as a liaison to multiple business units, work with KPMG on implementation
