Desktop Support Specialist// NJ

Job Description A fast-paced MSP based in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Junior Desktop Support Specialist to join the team. This role will involve direct interaction with clients, so strong communication skills are a must. Prior IT support experience is preferred. You will be challenged daily with diverse tasks in a dynamic work environment, providing opportunities for growth and learning. This is a full-time, on-site position in a conveniently located area. Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of IT support experience in a windows environment
• Active Directory proficiency
• Hands on experience with VMware
• Basic networking knowledge

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Prior client facing experience
• Excellent communication skills
