Our client, a global toy and entertainment company, is actively looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Enterprise Project & Program Management team in Los Angeles, CA! This role can be fully remote but local candidates in LA are preferred.

This Senior Project Manager will be responsible for helping to support and implement a Demand Management Tool for supply chain with Anaplan technology by working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions, teams, and subsidiaries. Responsibilities

This Senior Project Manager will be responsible for helping to support and implement a Demand Management Tool for supply chain with Anaplan technology by working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions, teams, and subsidiaries. Responsibilities
- Lead team through Operating model including authoring of charter, business cases, communication plans, governance structure, RACI, budget, project plan, build multi-year roadmaps, high level timelines, etc.
- Lead and develop project plans
- Create project schedules with detailed managing tasks and milestones
- Lead resources and teams across multiple technologies
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues
- Manage action items to completion
- Manage financials
- Responsible for weekly status reporting
- Support/drive agenda and meetings for executive steer comms
- Change management
- Manage JIRA and requirements/user stories
- Manage design, development, and testing through sprints
- Collaborate with business teams/OCM to develop training plans
- Ensure business demos/feedback loop is captured through sprints
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree is required
- PMP and Agile Certification are preferred
- 10+ years of project management experience in IT/Technology is required
- Anaplan technology is preferred
- Background in Demand Planning/forecasting for Supply Chain
- Experience in managing complex programs with multi-year budgets from $3-10M+
- Ability to work and interact with a globally distributed team that requires flexible working hours to adjust to core team schedule/timezones
- Successful track record working with business and technology teams to define, develop, test and launch new products and new programs
