A manufacturing company in Chester County is looking to hire a System Analyst to support their Windows and Microsoft environment. They are looking for someone who has expertise with desktops and M365 technologies who can handle escalated tickets and assist with ongoing projects. You will be a Level 3 on the Support team and working with desktop issues and troubleshooting technologies. You will be working heavily with O365, Active Directory, Teams, and Intune.
This team works closely with the Windows Infrastructure team, and you will be assisting Administrators and Engineer with Windows based projects including updates, installs, and implementations. This company has great career growth potential and great company culture. Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ Years Windows Support Expertise
- Windows Desktop Expertise
- Strong Microsoft, M365 Experience
- Email Support, Office 365
- Active Directory, Azure AD Administration
- Microsoft Teams Support
- Working Knowledge of Windows Servers
- Level 3 Support Experience, Troubleshooting, Break Fix
- Strong Installation Experience
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Certifications, MCSA, MCSE
- Experience Assisting with Windows Projects
- Network Troubleshooting Experience, Cisco Meraki
- Mobile Device Management Exposure, Cisco
