• 2+ years of experience with Desktop Support
• Extensive Windows support experience
• Extensive experience with user management through Active Directory
• Excellent customer service and user support skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Relevant certifications including CompTIA+ or Microsoft certifications
• Experience supporting Mac devices
