Product Design Manager/Health and Wellness/100% Remote

The leading health and wellness company is looking for a Product Design Manager to join their design team. This organization assists individuals in finding a doctor, provides education on healthy practices, and ways for users to take meaningful action on their overall health and wellbeing. This is a full-time, 100% remote role, with a lot of growth opportunity.

The Product Design Manager will be leading a team of researchers, content designers, and product designers that will be working on their Healthline Media platform. In this role, you will be overseeing their Healthline design system and providing mentorship to the designers. The ideal candidate will have previous expertise in content design or UX writing.
Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional UX, Content, or Product Design experience
• 2+ years of experience managing a design team
• Brand development experience creating the language voice and tone of a product
• Expert design thinking skills while working in agile environment

Desired Skills & Experience

• Healthcare industry background is a plus 
• Experience hiring design teams
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction patterns
• Mentorship experience
• Prior experience as a UX Content Strategist or UX Writer
