Tier 2 IT Support Specialist

A managed IT service company in the Fort Worth, Texas area is looking to bring on a Tier 2 IT Support Specialist to join their team on a contract to hire basis. 

In this role they are ideally targeting IT support professionals with previous IT support experience, working with Windows, Teams, O365, Outlook/Exchange email troubleshooting, Active Directory and Group Policy – user management, user access, password resets, Remote Desktop Support for users.

This will be an onsite position in Fort Worth, TX. Required Skills & Experience
