Project Manager, Software, Data

A Philadelphia based company is growing and looking to hire a Project Manager to manage projects on their software and data teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full project lifecycles and ensuring project deliverables are met. You will be working on multiple project workstreams and leading technical teams to adhere to project guidelines. This is a majority agile environment so you will be working with agile methodologies as well as some Scrum meetings. The projects include a mix of software deployments, PowerBI upgrades, and Cloud projects.
This is a highly visible role and you will be working directly with stakeholders on timelines, budgets, and deliverables. They are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident in a software development environment and is able to drive processes within a team. Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 Years’ Software Project Management Experience
• Strong Experience working with Software Development Teams
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, SDLC
• Expertise managing full Project Lifecycles
• Experience Managing project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Past Experience working with stakeholders and Csuite team members
• Expertise with Agile Methodologies
• Knowledge of Scrum Meetings, stand ups, retrospectives, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience

• PMP or CSM Certification
• Data Science or PowerBI Exposure
• Experience Leading Meetings
