Job Description
The client is a national labor broker of installation services that support retailers and manufacturers. They are looking to bring on a Technical Support Specialist to their growing team. This company strives in providing the expertise of a seasoned installation service within their improvement products, including doors, windows, siding, and kitchen appliances.
In this role you will be responsible for tiers 1 and 2 support. Supporting service desk incidents while using the appropriate ticketing systems. Having a background in Windows, Mac, Active Directory, Computer hardware, and Microsoft would be ideal.
This position is full time, Contract-to-hire, onsite 4-5 days a week, and located in Grand Prairie, TX. Hourly range around $15-20/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
- High School Degree or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience in a call center environment
- Help desk or technical support experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience of troubleshooting Office 365 applications
- Ability to install and troubleshoot software
- Ability to configure and support internet browsers
- Mobile application support experience
- Microsoft Office Products knowledge
- Certifications in Microsoft O365 or Azure
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in team environments
- Salary will be around $15-20/hr.
