Job Description
Our client is one of the nation’s top labor broker companies and they are looking to bring on a Support Technician as soon as possible. The company is seeking an individual who is motivated to advance their IT career and eager to learn and develop new skillsets.
In this role you’ll be responsible for supporting tier 1 and tier 2 tickets and issues. You will also be supporting service incidents while using the correct ticketing systems. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of Windows, Mac, Active Directory, computer hardware, and Microsoft suite.
This is a contract-to-hire role that is completely onsite in Grand Prairie. The hourly rate for this role is $18-20. Required Skills & Experience

- Customer service experience
- Software installation and troubleshooting knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Highschool degree or equivalent
- Technical support/help desk experience
- Related certifications are nice to have
