Network Security Engineer

Job Description A large scale HR software company is looking for a Network Security Engineer to join their team and contribute to the mentorship, design, and development of their network infrastructure and network engineering team. They are looking for an extremely high level network engineer with a strong working knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls.
The client company strives to keep their employees onboard by offering career advancement and raise opportunities as frequently as possible. The ideal candidate has hands on experience working with Cisco, F5, Palo Alto, and scripting tools.
This is a direct hire position with a hybrid (three day onsite) structure located in Grapevine, Texas. Compensation will be $120-150k depending on experience. Required Skills & Experience

• Design and architecture experience
• Ability to mentor less experienced engineers
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience working independently

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of network experience
