Law firm looking to onboard a Help Desk Technician. You will be responsible for all internal escalations with the Help Desk team while also troubleshooting, providing hardware/software technical assistance and providing general assistance to senior tech staff. You'll be responsible for setting up conference rooms and staying nearby while meetings take place. You must be willing to travel occasionally to other office sites when certain projects arise (MA, FL & TX). 

Qualifications:
-You must have experience working with Zoom/Teams
-Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
-Experience with previous ticket management system, handling numerous tickets while in a fast paced environment
-Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with different teams
-Must have previous law firm/finance support experience!
-Must have worked with iManage or NetDocs. (If you do not have experience with this, you will not be considered!)
