Senior Embedded Engineer

A green energy company located in Northern Virginia is seeking a Software Embedded Engineer to join their growing team. In this role you will work closely with the product engineering team and build specific end to end solutions for clients within the green energy field. This is an opportunity to make a true lasting impact on an ever-expanding field and make the energy we all use more sustainable and accessible.
Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years professional software development
• Strong capabilities with C++
• Model Based development experience
• Experience in GIT, Bitbucket, and Jira
• Experience working in an Agile envrionment
• Bachelors in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent degree)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a product environment
• Experience with Electrical Engineer or similar field
• Ability to work independently

• Develop embedded software solutions
• Work between middleware and embedded layered applications
• Collaborate with team members and steak holders on new product initiatives
