You will lead a talented team of computer vision experts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, overseeing projects, and ensuring the successful execution of computer vision initiatives. Required Skills & Experience

You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, overseeing projects, and ensuring the successful execution of computer vision initiatives. Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in computer vision, machine learning, or related fields, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex computer vision projects.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in an engineering leadership/management role.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).
- Lead the computer vision team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment to drive innovation and excellence.
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for computer vision technologies, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Drive the research, development, and implementation of computer vision algorithms, models, and systems to enhance existing products and develop new solutions.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize computer vision requirements, ensuring they align with customer needs and market demands.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in computer vision, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external research institutions, industry experts, and technology vendors to foster collaboration and stay at the forefront of computer vision advancements.
- Provide technical leadership in evaluating and selecting computer vision platforms, tools, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in the field of computer vision.
