UX Designer -Healthcare/SaaS

Job Description: UX Designer!

Leading company in the field of web-based behavioral health practice management and electronic health records software is hiring! This is a full time, fully remote role with the option to visit their corporate headquarters in Horsham, PA. Their software solution integrates patient scheduling, medical records, billing, and electronic claims, streamlining the operations of mental health professionals.

As an UX Designer, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to create intuitive designs for their Electronic Health records and Practice Management platforms. Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of professional experience designing SaaS/web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Axure RP, or Figma.
• Expertise in accessibility and usability standards.
• Experience with a variety of user research techniques.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with an EHR, medical billing, or other healthcare software is STRONG plus.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration software systems is a plus.
• Experience in an Agile development environment is a plus.
