Director of UX, Digital Experience - eCommerce Needed!!

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of design experience focusing on eCommerce or related fields.
• 5+ years in a Supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in art, UI/UX Design or related field required, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with A/B testing
• Experience leading a product-focused high-performance design team.
• Experience working with product, business stakeholders, and user researchers to drive strategy, vision, and execution.
• Experience in an agile/scrum environment.
• Experience with tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma, Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator and Adobe.
• Experience attracting, hiring and retaining top design talent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred.

Desired Skills & Experience

• In-depth knowledge of user research methodologies, usability principles, and best practices in UX design.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of UX professionals.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
