Sr. Business Analyst -

Our client is a technology services company located in Irvine CA that has been providing best-in-class technology projects for 22 years. They are currently seeking a Full-time Sr. BSA to add to their growing team here in the US and help build out the presence working with SoCal offices and clientele. • Takes ownership / assertiveness / grit
• Background in software development - building products from scratch
• Strong IT background
• Business analysts need to know how to pull, analyze and report data trends
• Analytical thinking and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Facilitate & document requirements gathering
• This person is sitting in all of our product discussions and documenting business requirements and product design requirements (for handoff to product UI/UX designer)
• Market research - data analysis
• Identifying where we have gaps in our requirements and ensuring that we address every detail
• Process flow diagrams
• Define user personas based on data analysis
• User journey mapping
• Create Storyboard
• Monitor user trends
• Identify opportunities and areas for improvement

Other Notes:

• We are building new software products from scratch and also enhancing existing products that we already developed
• This person will be working on multiple different projects at a time
• Experience is startup env - small team - more informal
• Should bring best practices to the team & hit the ground running
• Comfortable working as the only BA
• Attitude of doing what it takes to get it done
• Must work quickly and efficiently - our goal is speed to market
