Job Description
Open Technical Support Analyst position with an Orange County based Law firm is looking for a strong technical support analyst to come into their Irvine Office. They need someone with upwards of three years of Microsoft Office and Windows 10 experience along with strong working knowledge of Citrix, OWA, VPN, Mobile Device, video equipment, ticketing systems, networks.

- 3 years Windows 10 & Microsoft Office
- Citrix, VPN, OWA, Ticketing Systems
- Experience with mobile devices, video conference equipment, and networks
- Aderant, Fofax PDF, iManage, VOIP phones, Printers, and Legal Macro Software
- Prior Tier1 Help Desk Experience
- Prior experience working in the legal industry
- experience in high volume support environment
