DESCRIPTION:

Our client, which is a the largest hospital and hospice gift shop organization, is currently looking to bring on two Help Desk Technicians to their team. These a very urgent positions as they are in the process of a large release to the various store nationwide. They have roughly 550 machines to be deployed along with help on various technical issues/problems.

The CTO and Help Desk Manager is hoping to bring on individuals who have a good background in IT. You will primarily be doing tier 2 and 3 support. This position will partner very closely with the Systems teams, allowing you to get exposure and skills on the Sys Admin side. The ideal candidate will have worked with Active Directory (helping set up group policies and usernames/passwords), VPN hardware/software troubleshooting, MS Office Suite, O365, and general support on laptops/computers/mobile devices.

These roles are slated for 6 months contract-to-hire, with a conversation salary around $40K plus benefits. This will be hybrid onsite (3 days) in their south Irving office. Pay rate will be around $17-20/hr, depending on experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • 1+ years of general IT experience
  • Tier 2/3 support
  • Solid understanding of Windows and Microsoft products
    • Active Directory, O365, Exchange, etc.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors or Associates or High School degree
