Sr. Data Analyst Role (On a Data Science Team - New Insurance AI, 85-110K)

Our client is a large insurance services company based in Jacksonville, Florida, but also have offices in Washington, DC (and also a lot of their staff largely work remotely, even though the bulk are based in those 2 locations). They’ve been in business for a little over 40 years, and offer a range of insurance products and services. The team we're helping, supports the fastest growing division of the company that deals with more niche insurance needs like insuring a specific piece of farming equipment. 

Currently, they are looking to add a mid-level Data Analyst – ideally in one of those 2 locations – but are also OK with someone who is remote (but if remote, they ideally out of the gate want someone who can visit Florida once a month). This person will technically work on their data science team – and over the last few years – their business has specifically incorporated data science practices to evaluate claims, risk, assessments, etc.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 2-4 years of experience
• Strong Python experience (not simply scripting experience)
• Strong SQL experience
• Power BI or Tableau

The offer
- It’s full-time and salary range is 85-110K for the base, but includes bonus, and good benefits given their company size.
