Job Description A leading provider of software solutions for asset management companies is looking to hire a Senior UI Designer to join their Design Systems & UI team. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in their Kennett Square, PA office. Relocation bonus is available for this role.

The Senior UI Designer would join a small, growing team to streamline processes and create consistency around how the company designs and develops products, making visually pleasing, well-functioning, accessible interfaces in collaboration with engineering and UX design partners. This role would be responsible for contributing to and maintaining design systems, including foundational components and UI patterns, as well as creating documentation for how and why components and patterns are applied across applications. This role does not have any immediate reports, but can grow into a role where you would mentor junior designers.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a UI or UX/UI-focused role
  • Experience building and/or maintaining design systems, including foundational components and UI patterns, using Figma and/or Axzure libraries
  • Experience conducting interface reviews
  • Native mobile and responsive web application experience
  • A highly visual portfolio with design systems deliverables and examples
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with WGAC-compliant accessibility standards
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/Javascript
