System Engineer, Team Lead

A growing manufacturing company in the Philadelphia suburbs is looking to hire a Team Lead with expertise in virtualization and cloud technologies. They are looking for someone who can manage their current hybrid environment and migrate them to an Azure environment. This person should have experience working in a hyper-converged environment and has strong hands on engineering experience. This is an enterprise environment with over 1,000 virtual servers and 5,000 users. 

This is a heavily technical role, but you will also have 3 direct reports you will be managing daily. They are looking for someone who has the in-depth technology background but is ready to move into a leadership role. Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Cloud Infrastructure Experience, Azure Cloud
• Experience working in a Hyper-Converged Infrastructure
• Extensive VMware Experience
• VDI Expertise
• Strong Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Experience
• Mentorship or Training Experience
• Strong Hands on Project Based Experience, Migrations, Upgrades
• Cloud Exposure, AWS, Azure

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working in an Enterprise Environment
• Citrix Experience
• Management Experience
• O365 Knowledge
