A healthcare company in the Lehigh Valley is looking to hire a fulltime Network Engineer. This company is looking for the ideal candidate to focus on some new upcoming projects with a strong Network Engineer and Security background within the firewall realm. You will be a lead engineer for a large implementation and upgrade project of Checkpoint Firewalls. Day to day work will include configurations of routers and switches, VLAN set ups, and creating site to site VPNs.

This role requires 5-8 years’ experience with network Security and experience in firewalls. If you are an individual that is organized and proficient in problem solving with competent technical skills, then this is the role for you!

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with computer systems
• Strong experience with Network Security
• Strong skillset in the firewall realm
• Prior knowledge of Cisco ASA Firewall
• Experience in routing and switching

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Excellent hands-on experience implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting the network security
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as WAN connectivity
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
