• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, MS Office Software. Experience with Microsoft Windows server environment
• Proficiency with Great Plains software.
• Ability to program in VBA and .NET.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as processes and procedures, technical journals, legal documents, financial documents, and specific service reports and documents.
• Effectively communicate ideas, both written and verbally, to management and employees of the organization.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Crystal Reports experience a plus.
• SAP experience a plus.
• S4Hana experience a plus.
