Senior Engineer / Java / Hybrid

Job Description A financial firm in the Denver area is hiring a Senior Developer to their engineering department. As they continue their growth, they are constantly evolving their technology stack and are looking for someone equally as innovative. Their current stack is a mix of Java and C# and are looking for someone willing to work in both, but has a tenure coding in Object-Oriented languages (OOP). They are also looking for someone who can code in JavaScript/Typescript on the frontend. Even better if you have experience with React and/or Angular.

• 5+ years developing applications in Java
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Postgres or MySQL
• Microservices
• Continuous integration and deployment
• Unit testing / front-end testing experience
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Science

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience building and deploying applications in the cloud
• Professional experience coding in JavaScript frameworks like Angular and/or React
• Financial industry experience
• Experience with .NET/C#
